1. Purpose and Scope

This policy outlines the strict safety standards and operational protocols enforced by PBHome (developed and operated by Rabaab Software Solutions) to prevent, detect, and respond to any instances of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) across our web platform and mobile applications.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing PBHome, its property listing services, community portals, society chats, messaging systems, or file upload channels to:

• Upload, share, transmit, host, or link to any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or imagery.
• Engage in grooming, solicitation, or any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE).
• Distribute harmful, exploitative, or non-consensual imagery involving minors.
• Facilitate or promote underage human trafficking or child endangerment.

3. Moderation and Detection Protocols

PBHome employs proactive safeguards and moderation mechanisms to protect our community:

• Automated & Manual Content Screening: All property photos, user avatars, documents, and public forum posts undergo rigorous review to prevent inappropriate or harmful uploads.
• Immediate Content Removal: Any suspected material is promptly purged from public view and isolated in a secure quarantine environment solely for legal investigation.
• Permanent Account Termination: Accounts associated with verified violations are instantly banned without notice or possibility of reinstatement.

4. Mandatory Law Enforcement & Regulatory Reporting

In full compliance with applicable Indian law (including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology Act) and international safety standards, PBHome coordinates directly with competent authorities:

• All identified instances of CSAM/CSAE are reported immediately to Cyber Crime law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies (such as the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal).
• Relevant IP logs, device identifiers, and account records are preserved and provided to authorized law enforcement officers following due legal process.

5. How to Report Violations

If you discover any content or user behavior on PBHome that may compromise child safety or violate this policy, please report it immediately through any of the following channels:

• In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" button available on listing cards and user profiles.
